Zest Real Estate have designed a website that hopefully can give you a better understanding of the property market.

From my experience in Phuket I often tell people that I will give them 2 days to drive around and see how many properties they would find that are for sale. What we lack in Phuket is comparisons to understand value for money.Prime markets such as England, Australia, HK have multi listing services so you know about prices and averages, In Phuket that is not the case. There are no real comparisons in the market which means you have no idea what is good value for money and what is a maybe a little risky.

This website should help you with value. I have added a guide to Price per sqm of property in different locations in Phuket and different properties and a average as a guide. Please bear in mind that this is not all the properties that are for sale in Phuket but it gives you a idea from properties that I believe are good purchases.

I have also taken some inspiration from leading website, such as prime locations, Zillow, Trulia to name a few.

There is a lot more functionality on the website, ‘Search by map’ helps you find properties in the places you want to buy or sell and also we are using Google maps to help you have a look around the area of your chosen property. There are also properties in the neighbouring areas if you cant find what you want in the locations you like.
