Surin Heights – Phuket Thailand

A lot has changed in Surin over the years. Long gone are CATCH beach club and the wonderful Taste restaurant that have relocated to Bang Tao area.

Owners have been concerned about the impact that this has had on their properties in the area, most had their optimistic hats on and thought that it was good for the area. HQ is just down the road and now it is a peaceful beach, a place to marvel at Aman and enjoy the sunsets.

One development that has had consistent success over the years with rentals and resales is the Surin Heights Development. A small development of 11 villas and 5 condos, all with spectacular sea views and views over to Amanpuri. Well, since the beach was cleared there has been more activity than at anytime I have know it over the last 10 years.

It appears that there is still a very solid market for the Surin area that has really always been the flagship of demand for Phuket Real Estate and long may it continue.
