Zest Real Estate devised a competition for the children of PIA (Phuket International academy) to design our new billboard outside BAKE in Laguna, with the assistance of Joanna Moon, the Head of Arts at PIA.

The initial idea came from flicking through some property magazines and looking at all the adverts, we thought that a 6 year old could probably do better, so we set up a competition to see if they could. We had about 30 entries and they were all amazing.

The title was ‘The house you have always dreamed of’, in reality it was only supposed to be a bit of fun and to have your picture on a big billboard was a good incentive for the kids.

We would like to thank everyone that entered, as there were some fantastic entries.

I hope that Tara is very pleased with her drawing, we have had a good reaction from passers by already.

The winner also was given 15,000 THB to donate to a charity of her choice. Tara chose Baan Par Klong Cheap School for her donation.
